Illinois State's full scope of international activities - undergraduate, graduate, professional, research, and training - are coordinated by the Office of International Studies and Programs (OISP).
OISP facilitates numerous institutional linkages across all continents; arranges for hundreds of Illinois State students to participate annually in study abroad programs; serves hundreds of international students and visiting scholars every year from over a hundred different countries; provides opportunities for large numbers of foreign scholars and participant trainees to visit our campus annually; and sponsors programs that provide professional development for Illinois State faculty and staff through international teaching, seminars and research activities.
